Ran into trouble last Monday even with covid dr husselbee was available despite being overloaded after the festive break he got back to me straight away quickly prescribed me what I required when I have a flare up I had my call & prescription within a hr half here with me. Wouldn’t get better service private. He is always the same pleasant polite takes a interest in your case hobbies can have a smile laugh he is very patient orientated trustworthy he’s rare these days. Thank You.

Saw dr husselbee 6 th jan face to face spoke to him on the Monday he wanted to see me face to face and is the only person who is taking my problems seriously he re assures you but also lets you know what he’s thinking I saw a consultant who was a waste of time he is superb and clearly seeing there is a problem he is sending me for a test that hadn’t been suggested he’s been a pillar of our community for so long and my son couldn’t come in normally he would be worried about me going in on my own but as it was with Andrew he was re assured and knew I was safe with dr husselbee he explained everything & I passed it on to my son. So many people only deal with Andrew they need 6 drs like Andrew when he retires as the work load he takes on he is not replaceable.

Spoke to dr husselbee beginning of Nov as London was asking me to go to London at the height of covid he has gone out of his way to help sorted the tests to be done locally which is a tremendous weight off our shoulders and worry of getting there and back with covid which has stressed me out dr husselbee has always made adjustments this goes a long way and has relieved some of the anxiety of it all at the same time getting the test done which is needed to be done & shed some light on what’s going on. We appreciate your assistance and understanding and making adjustments thanks

Thank you for sorting out tests that London wanted to do & expected me to go all down there during covid it was suggested my go sorted the tests out even though gps cannot request these tests I emailed dr husselbee he was helpful as always he goes above & beyond and found a way to do it he always gets back to me like yesterday - this goes a little no way understanding, adaptable, re assuring, reliable, perspective, principled, caring,supportive,friendly,available,thoughtful, on your side -a rare type these days. Dr Husselbee is well respected & thought of a senior GP who is a great leader made our surgery super when he walked in 26 years ago. Thanks for your help & organisation & support & understanding.

I have spoken to dr husselbee today 3-10-19 as always re assuring, takes his time he takes a interest in my sons hobbies especially wolves he also finds it easier to talk to him about things he couldn’t to us as family he will see you out always speak & chat dr husselbee is a gentleman we have been through so much me and my son with him I trust him 100% my son does also .. my son has a complex medical case Andrew gets it always gets back to him my son tales what he says when he may not from somebody else it’s the respect he has for Andrew and for us he’s never been rude always took time out to speak to me listen if I have concerns or unhappy the husselbee family have given there all to the nhs especially during covid he’s checked in called back my son likes to pick his drs that he sees are good and personal touch like dr Harper & dr Harris & his specialists dr mulherin & prof rylance these drs are rare these days thanks for keeping battling London hospital with letters.THANK YOU
